The next Technically Assisted Rehabilitation (TAR) Conference will be held in Berlin, Germany,
from 18 to 19 March 2009.
The first TAR conference took place in
Berlin in 2007 and was a great success, bringing together 80 delegates from different countries, representing experts from a broad range of disciplines and institutions working on Technically Assisted Rehabilitation. Berlin, the Health City, is an appropriate platform for this meeting, offering an inspiring research-driven climate for all health topics.
We would be very pleased if you were to attend TAR-2009 in Berlin and present a paper on one of our 2009 focus topics. Disease-related topics are the Musculoskeletal System, Vision, Audition and Central Nervous System, as cross-sectional topics we will discuss Prosthetics / Orthotics, Neurorehabilitation, Telerehabilitation, Business Models, Intelligent Assistive Technologies and Ambient Assisted Living.

The early bird registration fee is 180 EUR, 130 EUR for presenting authors
The student registration fee is 130 EUR.
Important dates:
November 15, 2008: extended Deadline for submitting abstracts.
December 15, 2008: Notification of authors regarding acceptance of their contribution
January 31, 2009: Deadline for paper submission (in digital form)
March 18-19, 2009: TAR Conference in Berlin
