The VDE Institute carries out specific inspection activities such as additional inspections and product examinations within the frame of conformity control or on behalf of the customer.

Initial Production Inspection
Examination of the quality of the components and material used for the production, as well as visual control of the packaging material and accessories

During Production Inspection
Examination of the ongoing production in order to ensure that contractual requirements concerning product specifications, packaging, delivery accessories, marking, delivery schedule and amount are kept

Pre-Shipment Inspection
Examination whether the manufactured products the contractual agreements meet and are available for shipment

Factory Evaluation
Assessment to determine in as much a factory is capable to manufacture a product in uniform quality

Conformity Control on Demand
Test whether the samples taken from the production line are consistent with the referential sample

Customized Inspection Program
Individual inspections according to the wishes of the customer
