Normally, Sven Öhrke, Managing Director and CEO of VDE Global Services GmbH, participates on site, taking part in the Annual Dinner in person.
Due to the pandemic and the resulting travel restrictions, it was sadly not possible for him to be present in person, but he tuned in live to virtually toast employees on site for their exceptional figures.
Due to more relaxed pandemic conditions, it was possible to bring a few GS sites together for the celebrations. The Shanghai, Suzhou and Wenzhou sites were able to celebrate together in Suzhou, while Zhongshan and Guangzhou met up in Guangzhou. The remaining site Hong Kong and Shenzhen in Shenzhen enjoyed their own festivities.
We join our colleagues in celebrating, and hope they had a lovely time at the festivities. We’re raising a virtual glass to an even better year together with them.
