The special show "Battery Recycling" powered by the VDE will be at a central position at the trade fair. In addition, VDE Renewables will hold a two-hour session on the topic "Lifecycle of Lithium-Ion Batteries" at the trade fair forum. Another key topic is the bankability of projects in this sector – an important standardization to enable banks and insurance companies to decide reliably on a consistent basis how they support and secure projects. Another particular highlight is the drafting of an executive white paper entitled "Second Life Criteria for Batteries" in an exclusive, international workshop on this topic, hosted by Ansgar Hinz, CEO of VDE Group.
