"The ITG Future Forum" is a new annual format designed to bring together experts, thought leaders, and researchers to discuss hot topics in information and communication technologies. The first edition will take place on 25 November 2026 in Berlin at Fraunhofer HHI, on the day after the VDE Hauptstadtforum — creating an ideal opportunity to continue the exchange and connect with the ITG community in an inspiring setting.
This year’s theme is “AI-Powered Networks and Networking for AI Systems” — a topic that could hardly be more timely. AI is reshaping how communication networks are designed, operated, optimized, and secured. At the same time, next-generation AI systems will depend on powerful, reliable, and scalable networks for distributed training, large-scale data exchange, and real-time inference.
The one-day program will feature three thematic sessions with inspiring talks and panel discussions, complemented by networking breaks and a demo zone where participants can experience AI in action.
For anyone interested in where AI and networking are heading — the "ITG Future Forum" is an event not to be missed. Register and join us for a day of inspiring insights, hands-on demonstrations, and valuable networking.”
