Uncertain Times: Between War and Peace. What should a resilient European Energy Sector look like?

Power supply and communication technologies are becoming increasingly interdependent – take smart meters and smart grids, for instance. Digital solutions depend on stable communication connections – which in turn depend on a stable power supply. In times of tense security situations and war, cyber threats and extreme weather events, these interdependencies harbour an entirely new set of risks. 

Only together we can master important key topics and create the framework for strengthening the resilience of European Power and Communication Networks for the benefit of each individual and in support of our democratically elected politicians - throughout Europe. 

VDE invites all technology enthusiasts to an exclusive Debate followed by a Summer Reception.
