Registration

Registration and payment is handled by Kenzler Conference Management, our official partner for the organisation of the conference. You will receive your invoice from Kenzler Conference Management. Registration fees are to be paid according to the details on the invoice. You can either pay during the registration process via the connected online payment system, or by bank transfer.

BMT Annual Conference

The registration fees include the participation to the oral sessions, the poster sessions, the visit of the exhibition as well as the catering during the conference days. If you are presenting an abstract or full paper, a full ticket for the whole conference is required.

Satellite Event Young Forum BMT

The registration fee includes all activities of the Young Forum BMT on September, 17. For events within the conference programme (September 18 to 20) an additional conference ticket is required.

• The registration of participation is binding.
• A full refund, deducting a processing fee of 50,00 EUR will be given for cancellations until 19.07.2024. No refund will be given for cancellations after this date.
• The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event).
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• The conference program may be subject to changes.
