Guidelines
Art. 96 AI Act contains the working plan for the provision of guidelines on the practical implementation of the AI Act. It can be assumed that the priorities of publication consider the stepwise application.
The AI Office is preparing guidelines to ensure a smooth implementation of the AI Act.
