BMT 2023 - 57th Annual Conference of the German Society for Biomedical Engineering (VDE|DGBMT)

We are pleased to announce that the annual meeting of the German Societies for Biomedical Engineering will take place from September 26, 2023 to September 28, 2023 at the Mercatorhalle in Duisburg (North Rhine-Westphalia). The biomedical engineering community will thereby come together in the heart of the Ruhr area. We invite you to the Rhine-Ruhr region, known as the industrial stronghold of Germany and one of the ten largest economic regions in the world.  Duisburg, with its industrial culture and past, offers the ideal setting to meet with colleagues and friends, exchange scientific ideas, discuss current trends, initiate new research and make new contacts, especially in industry.

BMT 2023 will cover a wide range of topics from basic research, applied research, clinical research and medical applications. In addition to current trends in precision medicine, digital health, artificial intelligence, wearables, nanotechnology and additive manufacturing, the conference will also focus on established topics such as imaging, image and signal analysis, modeling and simulation, biomaterials, implants, and robotics.
