At the start of the new year, we will integrate VDE Renewables GmbH into existing companies within the VDE Group. This strategic decision is our response to the dynamic development of the market and lays the foundation for an even stronger international positioning.
For the VDE Group, this step opens up the opportunity to expand its service portfolio in a targeted manner and position itself more attractively in the global environment. Our customers, especially in the areas of testing and certification as well as consulting, are increasingly adapting their activities to international market conditions and are increasingly operating globally or in new locations.
The merge will enable us to pool our expertise, create synergies, and increase our efficiency. This will enable us to offer even more innovative services and solutions in the future.
